Fished beaches Cervantes to Jurien lately?

Anyone been there recently? Planning an all nighter soon, would like to know how the weed situation is, and any general feedback on what is being caught. Taking up a variety of gear to target anything from Gardies and whiting to tailor , mullas and sharks. Any info on offer is greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Hopefully the blowies move on before next week! Will have to switch over to lures if they become a problem. Thanks for the report. Anyone else  care to share?

Green Head, drove on the beach to Point Liouse and beaches clear of weed.  Gravel roads off of Indian Ocean Drive (opposite tip road Leeman) all clear from weed, water clear and all driveable from what we saw yesterday.  Can't report on Jurien Bay.

Coolimba north of Leeman has clean beaches (some weed) water is clear.  Little old jetty there is ok to fish off, they've fixed it up, was their Tuesday as well. Looked like people staying in the abandoned crayfisherman shacks.

My parents fished the cardinal triangle north of Cervantes last week and caught herring tailor shovel nose and a few port jacksons. As well as a few unstoppable runs. Didn't complain of weed.

No real weed problems so that's a good start. Still that could change over the next few days. Committed  to the trip anyway so it will be what it is.

Thanks for the replies folks.
