We get them quite often in 100-140m. Could never find in a book so we gave them the obvious name of Dusty Mowong Bullfrog Snapper, or Slim Dusty for short.
Now they are in latest fisheries Gascoyne book as Saddleback Snapper.
Either way good eating.
