Exmouth fishing

Hey guys, I've got a mate going to exmouth at the end of feb and into march
and was wondering what the fishing is like at that time and what sort of fish can
he expect to get into? He'll be doing all sorts of fishing.
He's also wanting to know what the weather is like and water temp for large pelagics
and billfish

without repeating too much
without repeating too much you best bet is to search the forum for exmouth, mate every week we get posts about the place and there are heaps of posts on places to try, weather patterns and what to expect.
All i can say is i'd plan it for another time, if it's not stinking hot then there is a CAT 4 cyclone probably bearing down on the place

Exmouth;
Feb - March a great time period, thats when we go up often ourselves. Waters are warm, bait in close and fishing is good. Pelagics around indeed & Billfish love the warn water, mackerel/marlin/queenies/spangos/longtail tuna etc are many species to tangle with inc bottom fish also.
Weather, hot and can get breezy from the SW but often you get more than enough time to launch & fish often both sides inc the gulf side for arvo glass off's.

Hope so!!
Down here in Carnarvon we certainly hope there is a cyclone or two to dump mountains of water in the Gascoyne river catchment or else there is going to be a massive shortage of tomatos, bananas, capsicums, table grapes etc. There has been no river here for nearly 2 years and the bore levels have dropped severely resulting in new bores having to be drilled and proved before hooking into the system.
