Don't think there is much
Don't think there is much left of it now. Tyres have been seperated from people anchoring on it.

Thanks for that guys.
Thanks for that guys. Seaquest its funny you should say that because I have been smack bang on top of what is called a fish haven on the chart-plotter, ~3nm off Dunsborough and I saw no structure on the sounder or visually. It was just a very sandy bottom.

Yeah the tyres are pretty
Yeah the tyres are pretty well sanded over now, there's no structure left after anchors etc stuffed them up.
Cheers

yeah nothing there but a pile of sand .. the tides have just filled it all in .. your better off heading east to the 4 mile .. there are some great dive spots even just out of busso in the 16m mark

East to the four mile from where? I would think the 4 mile from the reef or Dunsborough boat ramp would be NW roughly???

Where to go
Look directly north from the big radio tower between Busso and Dunno or north north east from the marina mouth - this pushes you into the area infront of forrest (you dont have to go as far as the huts either). Of the two the better area is the latter as it is further to travel and keeps you away from the fisho's. (have found in the past that as soon as you drop anchor and flag up you get 3 or 4 boats into your immediate area dropping lines all over the place)
There are some football field sized areas worth diving on, alot of it doesnt show so well on your sounder so fisho's dont spend a huge amount of time on it :P
Those are the ones worth spending all your time on.....you dont have to look for the 4 mile rise, just look around it for hard ground, if you know your sounder after a few stops and little burley you will find baldies, Dhu, Boar, Harli and a hell of a lot of black arse dependant on water temp.

Thats dissapointing to hear
Thats dissapointing to hear i and others worked for 6 months full time building the pryimid shaped strutures that were used ,i think we used 20,000 tires or more,,the army picked therm up from the workshop and barged them out,,this was around 21 years ago,,,steel straps were used to bind them together and the idea was they would rust eventually and coral would hold them together.
Nobody was thinking about anchors stuffing them up in those daYS.
