Dongara Advice
Hi All
Off to dongara with the family next week coz the young bloke wants to go fishing whilst on school holidays. I have read all the posts i possibly can in the search bar and got all the locations for the beach bashing sorted i think.
What are we likely to get at this time of year off the beach up there? Will it be mostly tailor or will there still be some mullys around now?
We have a 3.8m tinny with a 15hp is it worth taking or it not much of a dinghy area around there? Do you get many squid or anything around the weed beds that might keep the 5 year old amused?
Lastly anyone else going to be up there from the 3rd till the 9th with a bigger boat that may need a deckie so i can get away from the missus and kids for the day. Weather is looking ok later in the week.
Cheers Jayce

Lead up full moon
should be good for the Mullas, some stockers get caught off the marina there. Friday looks okay with tides fish the top of High or moonset if that happens at night

Seaspray Caravan Park
Just spent a week at the Seaspray Caravan Park and fished the beaches in front of it. Was there during the bad weather but still managed to catch some good tailor and a lot of undersize Mullaway depsite the weed being an absolute pain. Was advise there was a 1.2m Mullaway caught a few days before.
Great beach to fish with reef just offshore a lot of gutters.
