Heading down to Denmark for a few days next week with the family, probably only going to get time for one or two quick fishes, hoping to target some KG's. Has anyone got any tips as to where to go/what baits to use? Going to be completely landbased. Staying at the Williams Bay cottages so will be in the Greens pool kinda area.
Any help will be muchly appreciated!

best bet is probably off the beaches, greens pool/elephant rocks and those beaches along there are a good start. The denmark inlet is pretty hard to fish from shore, its basically shallow and weedy all the way around. I think the river mouth caravan park has a dinghy for hire, but i mean literally a single dinghy, so might wana book that asap if you feel like giving that a go. I've had luck over next to the mussel farm years ago (around june), but got absolutely nothing in the same spot last year, plus a heap of other spots (early january). Off ocean beach or the rocks just past there can produce fish sometimes, herring, tailor, salmon etc. Go past the camping n fishing store in town and chat to the bloke there, might be able to tell you where the fish are. good luck

Ok, Now I have time, this is some advise.
There is a heap of KGW around. In the ocean use gulp worms... whether you rig it like bait or a lure it will slay. I got 6 legal KGW off the rocks at ocean beach on these (in 1 hour) last time I was their. Also saw a guy get a 40cm Sand Whting on one! Fishing a greens pool is hit and miss. Madfish is very shut down when I was their. The hay produced a few bream and so did the denmark. If you can access a boat, find the sand over from poddy shot and you will hopefully nail heaps of small king george like me (i had them hitting surface). The mussels are all dead so dont bother. Heaps of Cobbler at night off the jettys infront of the caravan park that will take small baits. Also... If small fish get boring there is a heap of sharks around ;)

Caught some KG at Greens Pool
two days ago. Even my 3 year old caught one. We used squid. Yummo!
I gave Madfish Denmark a call a few months ago but never received a reply. So I'm not sure if they're operating. Oops, just saw your other posts dj dvd on your recent charter. I'll be giving him a buzz.
Fishin for a feed and fun.

No luck with the KGs. Tried gulp worms and squid but my berley trail brought in herring galore. Good fun though and recommend William Bay Cottages to anyone who goes down there. 30 minute walk trail through the bush down to Mazoletti Beach was pretty cool
