There is a nice landbased

There is a nice landbased spot just as you head down to the jetty. Instead of turning left to the jetty at the T intersection take the left. You'll see a rock wall when you come to a carpark. We got some nice golden trevs and got busted off heaps. Try get some live herring from the jetty before you head there.

Mandorah

Tue, 2011-11-01 21:18

Catch the ferry from Cullen Bay to Mandorah (or you can drive all the way around but it takes a heap longer) and fish off the Jetty. There is a Motel and pub over there if you want to stay but check because there was talk of pulling it down and building a resort there. Take a throw net and you will get heaps of live bait under the jetty.

Cheers
