Any local Perth boats/crews heading up this year to fish the Carnarfin competition?.

North of Kalbarri is tops
anywhere North in Generally awesome, particularly North of Kalbarri. The only downside is Taxman.

Fishing in Carnarvon
I hear that the fishing is shit up here . I wouldnt waste your time dragging a boat alllllll that way .
My wife understands why I clean my rods n reels in the shower....

Carnarfin 2019
Our first Carnarfin, we have fished between steep point and Quobba with good success previously, so really forward to what seems to be a great competition. Hopefully touch base when we all up at Carnarvon.

Radio duty
Will be doing radio duty a couple of days during the comp.
As a reminder for those coming up. 27meg radios do not reach the islands and when our sets die they won't be replaced so VHF is required
