Is tomorrows (32km west-nor-west) wind any good for fishing.
If so where on the jetty? What for? How?

Where on the jetty? Preferably on top. What for? To catch fish. How? With a rod and reel. :P
In all seriousness, dunno bout the wind but had some tailor and bonito action down the end of the jetty on Friday last week before I left.

It will be a bit blowy. The jetty is going into that transitional phase between the summer and winter seasons. There are still tailor around at the end but they tend to shut down fairly early in the night. Use any snook you catch as bait for the tailor, just chuck a fillet on your gangs the tailor love them. Squid numbers are quite good but sizes have been on the small side the larger ones should start coming in over the next month. Mulloway are starting to turn up, winter is on its way.
I will be there after 9pm tomorow when I finish work. Hopfully this blow will stir up a mulla or 2.
