Tied down and also old fart ties the front down as well, we nearly run up the bum of a stupid b&^%$ch that cut in front of us then somebody proped further up three cars bang bang bang don't now how old fart got out of it going down hit he swerved one ton boat pushing him but thank god we didn't hit anybody and the old girl was still sitting on the trailer nice and snug.
one more reason to have good straps at the back holding the rig down and secured to the transom.
too many people think a chain on the front at the winch is enough to keep a boat on a trailer.
I like a good set of chains and turn buckles at the transom as well, to ensure their is no movement at all and the boat stays pu on the trailer under heavy braking or a sudden stop like an accident!

Launching
Launching the boat off a wave to do some wave jumping is one thing but launching off a guard rail doesn't have the same effect.
