Best way to cook a mangrove jack

Fishing up at ex mouth today caught us a few mangrove jack haven't caught or eaten theses before just wondering others thoughts on how to cook a couple up

same as u would cook any
same as u would cook any other fish- they just taste better
i prefer a bit of salt and pepper in flour, place with fillets in plastic bag , shake, and in very shallow oil in pan
never cut a fillet thicker than 1.5cm so they cook fast and even--DONT OVERCOOK EM

Well all i can say is yumo
Well all i can say is yumo flower salt pepper and a touch of curry powder cooked in butter on the bbq and it was sensational
