whitworths aquabright blue LEDs
on mine - work well - attract hezzas at rotto. only draw 80ma as well :)
about $40 each but can get fair bit cheaper when on special

Given possible pressure from motor anything rated IP69 but expensive. I think IP 68 not good enough for your purpose.
