Grew up there
Collie River Blowies bream tailor pilch and good size mulloway if your lucky.Try down the Elbow corner of Eastwell rd and Barnes ave up stream to the Brunswick river junction and beyond and down river around the little island and behind the golf course .As for the estuary not to sure these days but would expect to see whiting more blowies and maybe some flat head around the river mouth. Whiteys is also a good start.

Boat
If you've got a boat it will be a big help as there are lots of little spots that you cannot get to easily.
Try all the snags and deeper holes on the outside of any tight bend, where any small creek junction, Millars creek is one to try, up near the elbow, all round the Brunswick river junction and further up towards where the highway crosses over. Most of the fish are near the snags by the bank not out in the middle.
Fresh bait [bony herring and mullet] used to be the answer years back as there wasn't any plastics etc and expect the same would be the case now but give the others a try.
