anyone heading out of woodies tomorrow?

doing my first kinda wide mission, to the 40s . 28km one way from cockburn ramp.  hoping for some dhues / baldies... anyone else going to be around and wanna head out together? im 16 ft ali, 3 on board. my brother gave me some area to try that they picked up some decent fish earlier in the week.

heading out 7am, back by 2.

any reasons why i shouldnt head out that far?   40hp mariner, 70l fuel on board . easterly in morning to get me out and sw in arvo.. head back round 12 hopin to be at ramp 1.30

never taken this tub out that far, usually fish ffb. just hoping for something good.

cheers

haha fair enough.I havnt fished ffb itself for about 10 years now. Always the start of it or the drop. There is some pretty good ground off the back edge in 20-30m if you look hard enough. I found a new lump last week that i just can't wait to try !!

Not sure what forecast you are reading

Thu, 2013-01-31 22:21

BOM.......

Friday 1 February
Winds
Easterly 15 to 25 knots, easing late morning before increasing to south to southwesterly 15 to 25 knots in the afternoon.
Seas
1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres during the afternoon.
Swell
Southwesterly 1 to 1.5 metres.

I wouldn't be going out with your boat, by the way sunshine with the 6.8 isn't going. Weekend is your best bet
