A few good size mackies and tuna have been caught over the last two to three weeks, the weather is very average at the moment but should be fine for the Classic.
Good size bottom fish have been caught up passed Bald Face recently. All looking good for the Classic.
Had a mate who went up last weekend, No swell so tailor were quiet. Hired a boat and headed out for a troll..Scored Yellowfin and Macks one after the other.

Was up there last weekend -
Was up there last weekend - Landbased.
The water coming out of the murchison is quite dirty at the moment and with the lack of sweel the tailor were quiet.
Had a spin fromt he cliffs south of town and managed a Bonito, Spotted Mack and dropped a Spanish at the ledge (3rd cast, no wire).
If the weather plays the part it will be great fishing for the comp.
