thats probably a question best asked directly to Fisheries, but I doubt thered be a problem otherwise everyone with fish onboard would have to swing around the coral patches zone on the way out which Ive never done?
note some of the public moorings are designated as day moorings only, not sure about the Coral Patches though.
Having said that though I cant find a list of which are overnight and day in the Fisheries guide and I have seen lights on those morring plenty of times at night.
