Had the pots out for several days when we were in Leeman, one or two size crays, decided on the 22nd to pull the posts in  as the southerly was coming in quite early and making it difficult to get the pots, and guess what 12 (2 licenses) nice crays some were well over 77mm, didn't taste too bad either, think we've got two left for old farts crayfish sandwich for lunch dipped in vinegar.

would have been nice to have fresh cray for anytime not just lunch

it was a lovely Xmas lunch, with the above, prawns, dhuiefish, roast pork/lamb, then your salads and potato bake.  But I think what surprised me was one of the young fellas, baked and presented a delicious pavlova with cream and fruits on top, his tender age was 21yrs of age, it sure was finger licking delicious.

 Just saw this in random images Roberta great pic and a typcal old fart comment lol. This isthe type of thing that's nice to remember him by.
