Wtf fish Id please

Just got back from ledge caught this (somehow hooked in its side) while catching whiting. It has eyes if you look real close I think it's a baby flute fish

Pipe Fish
Looks more like a pipe fish rather than a baby flute going by the bump/lump on the nose tip
