just had 3 of these for dinner. Shallow fried in flour. Firm white sweet flesh. Can beleive have many people throw these things back. Just gotta be careful with all the spines. Got pricked the other day and my hand stung like anything and then just went numb but got back to normal after 1 hr. Definitly one of my favourite eating.
