My mate john took it home to eat. A bit of messing around to fillet but worth it apparently.

you dont fillet them
cut them just behind the barb straight down then rip the skin off whcih becomes easier to do. then you have a nice white fleshy meat fry up on a lil oil and thre you go nice feed
