List

Sun, 2010-10-17 19:29

4 x just size pinkies, a reasonable rankin and 3 cobia that we had to bend in half to fit in the box.

Had to leave them biting because no room for any more.

Nice Cobia

Hi Carnarvonite.

Looks like you could do with a new 100litre mackerel box. I know a bloke who will give you a good deal. Can even get it delivered too.

Nice catch mate.

Too late

Made the wrong call while loading the boat by putting the small box in instead of the 126 litre jobby.

AND don't bring mackies inunless someone wants one, garbage tasting  fish, IMO.

Trunk

Sun, 2010-10-17 20:55

I find it much either to trunk long fish by removing the head and tail (and gut at the same time). More room in the box and the flesh doesn't 'set' in a curved position.

Ice

Sat, 2010-10-23 08:48

Half of the ice is down the bottom under the fish and the rest in a bucket ready to go on top.
