Our English backpacker Charlie filleting her first fish, lets just say she could show up a fair few of the boys I've seen at the filleting station this week.

But one thing is for sure she sure can fillet a fish and Ads is right in saying she could upstage a lot I of people I have seen fillet fish. Go Charlie :)
