i just ate some surf parrot i shot in quobba last night, right up there next to baldchin for taste and texture. huge thick slabs of sweet sweet white meat.

yeh paul just local Gero mate... was pretty quiet actually no trout no dhus one baldie that i fu*ked the shot on but yeh still a enjoyable afternoons dive.. be good add for colgate or something aye haha

they stink timbo but the fillets and table fare are right up there. we had some last trip to peron alongside blackspot tuskie and it was both magnificent. i have heard to iki them and bleed asap. the fillets this morning came up a treat!
