Yanchep lagoon help

Just wondering if anyone can help me out...
Havent been to yanchep yet but hoping to head up there next week,
Would love to catch some nice whiting... Is there much up there? also much occy hanging around the reef?

never fished there myself
never fished there myself mate but seen guys catch some decent size gars there.
