who's heading where on the weekend?

Me - on sunday i will be launching at Woodman's Point with a mate and my young bloke, and heading out around Garden Island / Carnac Island in search of some KG's, skippy and sand whiting. Might throw a lure out the back whole we go. if the sea breeze is in earlier than we are ready to finish I think we'll come back into the sound and give southern flats a go.

Just chasing some bream on my own tommorow morning north of garrat rd bridge & probably chucking some lures at flatties on sunday arvo. Keeping it cheap & simple at the moment while I save up for boat accessories that I'll need early next year.

The fishing report in todays
The fishing report in todays paper said flatties in the shallows on the tern island sandbar (under metro area section). the only tern island i found on google earth (i haven't checked my charts) is near jurien. any one know where tern island is in the metro area?

Yeah, its like 300m of the
Yeah, its like 300m of the Bent St boat ramp, but its not really an Island, its attached these days.
From the boat ramp, you stick to the shore and head west and as the island appears, you head more south along the gutter on it's edge to get to more open parts of wanbro sound.

Chasing a few tailor tomorrow morn early at my local on lures/poppers, been a few lately.
Then scoping out a favourite spot on the south coast Sunday early for sambo's and whatever else is about.
Got some new gear to try out so quite keen :)

went out last weekend and on the way out saw the moles are full of craypots. may make ballooning abit tuffer.
