What model whale?

Can someone please tell me what the little (5-6m) whales are that have been hanging off the back of the 3 mile recently?

I had 8 of them swiming
I had 8 of them swiming around my dinghy on monday they poped up 2 meters away and blew there air got some of it on film

dont know if last year or one before
fishing around the 30m line and they were charging at the boat then diving underneath non stop for around a hour or two. also buzzing the side of the boat with their eye looking straight at us having a good old peek.
actually was getting nervous as we didn't know if they were getting ready to do something serious....so we left lol tail between our legs....funny now, not funny at the time lol

Super inquisitve animals aye! Its scary how much they want to interact, had one sticking its head out eyeballing and circling us for a good hour this time last year. Saw one on ffb just a couple weeks ago too.

Diver Albie - Head out of Hillarys down to the centaur south cardinal. From there, head west till you get to about 23m mark. Hopefully they'll find you while you catch yourself some whiting for dinner. On two occasions they've been there recently.

was fishing on the outer edge of the south west bank last week a bunch of whales out there they dwafted the boat bloody huge

Saw heeps of minkie whales
Saw heeps of minkie whales when i was down in antarctica, very inquesitive creatures. Then again everything down there looks at you with this look of, who the **** are you...and comes to investigate.
