It is a licensed watercraft
And yes he needs a skippers ticket - better than a tuna tower for seeing feeding fish at a distance

Yeah need skippers because techically you're operating the jetski.. that being said these things are great fun.
This was up for sale with the ski for 20k-ish a few weeks ago from memory, good to see the new owner making the most of it
not sure about using inside the harbour/close to swimmers though? surely standard jetski rules apply
