same up here in Leeman. The surge is mad. Waves breaking off the reefs further out. The ocean is a baitch at the moment. Dirty weedy water everywhere up and down the coast from Leeman, weed floating, waiting to come in with the surge, be quite awhile before the beaches are accessable to fish from. The crayfisherman haven't even gone out, wonder why.
Once this front passes the fish will be very hungry.

last week the ramp at GH was full of weed. They have one side of the ramp blocked off, don't know whats happened there, maybe wasted away. Will be going to GH tomorrow and will have another look for you. The water is a dirty brown, weed everywhere. Let you know Brodie.

just comeback from sitting down near the crayfishermans jetty here and all you can see is white water out at the reefs, even the small reefs inclose are frothing. The wind was so strong, had to haul our little dog back to the car, hahaha very very windy here. I thought I'd also never say but bring on summer and the heat hahaha
Think we are 2months behind in the weather, this is winter weather at the moment.

Normal winter
Its getting back to what winters used to be, not like the gentle things we've been having for the last 20 years.
4-6 days of real crap then 3-4 of no wind then start cycle over again. September / October used to be the real windy months
