Now I have found the prick I was looking for and got his details, number, rego and license number, plus a court order to pay me..... after running away since March 2009!!!
now looking for a bounty hunter! 
anyone want to make an easy $500 for "muscle work"???

he rear ended a car behind me
he rear ended a car behind me back in Feb 2009. then gave a false name and mobile number, we had to trace him through the tow truck, then he tried to make a fraudulent insurance claim back dated, so his insurance company would not cover my damage or the lady behind me, then he made a runner and moved when found again.
I have a court judgement on him, but can not get the cops to proceed against his false statement about the accident and fraud attempt. They say it's not worth the effort if the insurance company won't charge him as well, and SGIO just walked away, leaving me with close to $6000 damages I had to pay out of my pocket for, as I was only insured at that time for 3rd party damage. ( we all learn the hard way)
Everytime we sent the bailiff around to proceed to seize his car, his mother would lie that he did not stay there. He was parking his car a few blocks from his house and walking home or jumping the back wall and running away every time we tried to serve the siezer notice.
So ths time I know where to get him, when and where....
and then I'll drag his sorry little ass to the Midlands Court and ge them to lock him up till he pays! I can alos seize and sell his car if he has no means of paying,
Yes I want revenge big time and willing to pay for the help...

Just make sure all what you do is legal and above board. Find out what you can and cant do. Disinterested cops may turn interested otherwise.
Did you end up serving a notice to him yet? If not, seen pineapple express?
