just wondering your thoughts on being in the river this sunday with bianca coming in? up around the city/narrows
what time is bianca supposed to hit perth?

It depends what happens.
The forecasts have been changing literally overnight whereas normally it gets predicatable 24-48 hours out. The way seabreeze is calling it at the moment its 28 knts northerly around 5am but down to 22 knots nw by 9:30 down to 16knts westerly by 12pm. Even if you were at the narrows early and it was blowing from the north you would be protected by the city.
If we get hit by a cyclone its a different beast, and none of this takes into account any rain or lightening.
