IMO
not for what you have listed. If you are going to use it for popping and maybe beach fishing then yes, but for bb/jig/troll I dont think it is very good.
A 7'6" rod is far from ideal for jigging and bottom bouncing. If you want a rod to cover your bb/jig/troll then I'd suggest an o/h set-up on a light jigging rod along the lines of what I have (ie xzoga PE6 [5'6"] with an accurate running PE6 [78lb]).
For the $1500 or so you'd spend on the above, I reckon you could do better.

Sadly, its not all about
Sadly, its not all about looks.
Anything thats good for jigging is going to be lousy for popping and vice versa.
My pe1-3 jig rod is an ok baitsoaker as long as I dont need to use a sinker bigger than 8oz, then I may as well use a handline.
As the weights go up, then the jig rod length drops usually, so 7'6" is probably for jigging pe1.
In fact, a jigging rod would make ahalf decent trolling rod, because the actions aren't miles away from each other, but thats as much crossover is you're likely to get.

I used a 6 foot 6 inch rod and 50lb braid for the above
and it did it well. Could still cast a popper 50 to 60 metres and jigging /trolling no probs. I find the butt on those 15/24kg t curves very long and whist would be okay for casting may find uncomfortable for other styles of fishing.

the reel is ideal for just about any application. You may want to consider investing in a jigging & popping rod.
Although, you may want to save your pennies & simply get something that's half or quarter of the price.

I think your mind is made up Fisherman. Huggy's opinion was his but it is a pretty good one for what you say you want to use it for. Trolling with a 7,6 rod would be pretty difficult and to get all 3 methods you mentoned a bit shorter would be fine. You seem to be happy with your decision though and thats the main thing. Good luck, Tigh.

Jig, troll and bottom bounce
Jig, troll and bottom bounce - IMO get an overhead combo.
If you want to cast with it then you'll need a spin.
Stella 20000 is great, but a big reel. Again in my opinion, depending on where and what you were doing I'd probably look at going down in size... unless I was going to 200m + in depth or popping for GT's or using it to troll for marlin up north I'd use a 8000PG - more than enough for metro waters.
