Smoked herring

Pulled the pots for a blank in 13ms on sand
was glad after that blow they hadn't moved!
couldn't find the large pike . Settled for a
herring bag . And chucked some in the
smoke rest kept for bait .. cheers fellas

Brown sugar .
Cheers fellas .. being as not chucked in a
brine which what I do with my fillets .
just gave em a bit of a brown sugar
rub .. then lightly salted once smoked
