Hi Guys, I'm going to be in Shark Bay from 29th March - 7th April, is anyone else going to be up that way?
I've done a bit of research and it looks like there is plenty of options, anyone got any tips? It will be my first time boat fishing around that area.
Cheers

Currently there as well
with part of the Cockburn Power Boat Club contingency. Most nights at the Old Pub for a wet and a meal. At the Bakery for breakfast and on the water hopefully by 8am. If you see a blue Genesis that's us.

Nope,
fished Monkey Mia side today in sites previously done real well but today it was real bad. 1 shark maccy, 6 undersized pinkies and about 20 bolt cutters. Hopefully better tomorrow though in talking to some others it has been pretty slow going. Though some people have been doing well looking at the guys filleting at the tables in Denham.

The family and I will be up there from the 4/4 until the 12/4 denham side. And anywhere around dirk hartog is a good start, won't take long until your snagging and bringing coral up in that area. We have had our best luck in pretty shallow water 6 to 10metres depths, bluebone, pinkies, blue line . Good luck.

Yesterday was a better day
though sea conditions could have been better. Fished Denham side and ended up with 7 good size black snapper, the largest going 57cm and the smallest around 48cm plus a 63cm coral trout. That's 1 ticked off my bucket list. Mind u that was from a lot of sounding around, 2 1/2 hours worth.
Today the seas were just about glassed off but the fish were missing. Only the 1 sized black snapper boated plus a 12kg Spanish mackerel. A few undersized fish released. Hopefully the weather will help us tomorrow as the wind is up again.
