Shark Attack

Had some pics sent through from a mate in hedland......from down Karratha way.

Don't know how old or how legit but i quote

HEY….. THE BIT THAT DIDN’T GET AWAY!!!! It’s a bit sad when ya mates get the better of you when your in a spot of bother. The remains of the Hammer Head had tooth marks in it that maesured 30 mm across…. now that tooth belongs to a big shark!!!!

The water up here this year seems to have an over population of these blokes in grey coats!!! (BLOODY SHARKS)

Forget the Hammer

Look at the teeth marks in the other one. The bite diameter in the hammerhead look pretty small compared with the other poor old suit.

But not argueing much Colin, both would cuase me to behave like a squid in the water, shoot out some dark "shit". LOL

Flat seas!!!

Bite

Have a bit on tape showing a big dusky whaler being pulled onto the shark boat we worked on,it is bitten in half by one bite.At the point where it was bitten it is about the diameter of a 200 litre drum.To get an idea of the size of the dusky,it was bitten off about 3 feet behind the pectoral fins, the bit we got including head was around 8-9foot long.
Next trip up to Exmouth will take disc up to Adam to see if we can take excerts from it.Guaranteed to stop you going in the water again
