Seasport Charters
Submitted by Pembo on Mon, 2012-03-12 20:27
Hi all
With all the positive talk on this site about Whitey from Seasport Charters I have convinced my wife to buy me a birthday present of two spots on the boat. Is there certain times of the year that I should be aiming to do the charter (eg before mid April etc). I have limited experience at boat fishing so any decent size fish, fishing any style will be a bonus.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Anytime mate depending
Anytime mate depending exactly what you'd like to catch. Just fished the 2 days over the weekend with Whitey and we got plenty of fish. Bottom fishing was sort of slow but we still easily got our bag limit, plenty of macks on the troll... Will you jig or bait? Jigs fish better when the water is cooler than it is now but I still landed enough to keep me happy. Will post a report in the next few days to get you even more excited.
I would be ringing up and checking the availability as he said he's booked pretty solid at the moment for the weekend days. You certainly wont' be dissapointed.

Seasport Charter
I have 12 spots booked for the 26th May, for me and some of my mates, but have had a few cancellations when they saw the price, so if you are stuck, PM me and you can join us.
