G'Day All
Last week when I was in the Sound fishing for squid I came across a huge school of snapper. They were in a tornado type formation in 7m of water and the spiral formation went from the surface to the bottom. It was awesome to witness and just reminded the missus and I why the ban is in place at the moment.. I have a video on Facebook but stuffed if I can download it off there..

That's a great squid hang out place - hope the snapper are feeding up on them as we speak

yep..
We were squidding when we came apon them. There were hundreds of snapper so I can imagine they would clean an area out of squid. I think they were too busy doing their thing to even bother about feeding.
