Rotto trip
Friday had nice conditions so decided to head out deepish for a bit of jigging for bottom species with a few hits/hook ups on small jigs but nothing landed.
Dropped some baits down.

after getting nothing else decided to head in shallow.

got quiet a few big skippy but reasonably quiet so decided to throw the towl in, a bit surprised with how quiet the day was. milsey headed home while I stayed with a couple of mates on the Island.

Bodie there are some really top spot around armstrong that are worthy of a try but this was just out from west side of jordie bay before parakeete. hope that helps. water was quiet stured up in the shallow's but in about 7m it wasn't so bad.
