Rex Hunt to speak at Keep Australia Fishing Rally
Submitted by scottywiper on Wed, 2012-08-22 06:19
Rex Hunt is flying in just for the Keep Australia Fishing Rally, a big effort.
For those who have asked, there will be marshalls at Langley Park controlling parking.
Also, the Bluewater Melville boys will be in charge at Leeuwin Boat Ramp, and the Benbows team at Hillarys.
A couple of politicians spoke at the tackle show last night and said it is up to us now, the only way we can have an impact is to make as much noise as possible before September 10.

Us rec fishing chappies will
Us rec fishing chappies will need to bring down a very large convoy of bodies & cars preverably with boats and other fishing parafanelia with banners that will have a serious impact on the day.
What we do NOT need is public consumption of alcohol, misbehaving, anti social conduct and confrontations with the in no doubt greenies and their cronies who will make an appearence and will try to create an incident in front of a camera!
This sadly will be you last and ONLY chance of demonstrating against this proposal.
