Regulations. . .

Hey People
I am just wanting to know the regulations of fishing in your local duckpond :)
there are some common carp specimens of up to about 6kgs, which you can sometimes see on a clear day when they brake the surface... i would like to catch these carp for a bit of fun as they do pull quite hard, i know what gear, rigs, bait to use etc. but what concerns me is if i am allowed???
Any Advice or links would be greatly Appreciated!

Die Hard, can you give me
Die Hard, can you give me the name of the pond? Might help with finding some information but from what I can find, so long as the pond isn't stocked then the carp are feral anyway and are more than likely damaging the environment.

I haven't been able to find anything specific but it seems to me that everyone is trying to get rid of them so give your council a call to clarify but i think you would be allowed to
