Reels in Pelican Cases, photos?

 Hey Guys,
Considering getting a pelican case to protect my beloved spinning reels through airports and general travel. Just made myself a little template with paper and am arranging them all to see how they would fit. Can anyone post of up photos of their current setup to give me some ideas?
Feel free to chip in ideas about how thin you can make the foam, how many reels, ideal sizes etc..
Cheers lads.

The one that I have

Has 2x separate layers of foam. So if you are thinking it’s squashing down a bit tight on the reels within, you can simply remove a layer. Good cases, and I would definitely recommend.

Personally I found them too heavy for overseas travel. i have 3 that I used while traveling Aus by 4x4 but I didnt take them to indo.. Far easier to just pack the reels with clothes

 And here lies the kicker.

And here lies the kicker. The case I was looking at weighed 6.2kg! Leaving me with only 800 grams to fill it.
I know hand luggage rarely gets weighed (I've never had mine weighed) but apparently Pelican cases are an easy target and flight attendants are wising up.
Will still look at one for travel within the state but will stick to a good solid backpack this trip.
Cheers guys.

Bunnings

Bunnings sell a pelican clone that is 225mm deep, should fit most reels (might need to remove handle on some).

Those cases from Bunnings are

Those cases from Bunnings are very good... we have numerous Peli cases at work and I reckon these are at least 99% as good. (Maybe not 100% trust the water tightness for submerged)

And they are orders of magnitude cheaper than Pelican.

Same size cases:
$49 vs $262
$72 vs $325

The smaller one from Bunnings will definitely fit up to a 15.6 laptop in it.

I've travelled internationally with this size case.

Supercheap also has similar cases (on special now)

I've had 1 pelican case for 28 years... can still get seals etc for it... but when you can buy 5 for the same price as one... you end up buying one for everything ;)

All up I have:
2 Peli cases
1 Large Craftright
4 Mid size Craftright
1 Long Tool Pro case
