reel advice

hey all
i just got little reel for squidding and wen i got to cast the bail arm flips over.
it sed on the box that it wouldnt as it had some sort of magnetice control.
how can u stop it?
i was thinking that as it got older it would cease up a bit and stop.
help please as it is awsome and gose with my squidding rod.

Which brad and which reel did you buy?
Maybe it might pay to see if anyone else has had the same problem.
but yeah.. take it back either way as the guys at the shop would know what it is

its nice i like it but thats the only problem with it.
i think ill leave it just for boat squidding and use my old one for shore based till i get a good one.
but if someone has had the same poblem and has fixed it could u let me no.

Dont know if its the same but on my penn spinfisher if i dont click it over so its exactly in line where its meant to be it will just flick over as soon as the spool moves

neutral!
Always open the bail arm at where the line roller is parallel with the rod grip. That area is a neutral part of the bail trip and should rectify that!
