Silver Mackerel pattern...
...although it's actually blue with a white belly and the black mackerel-type stripes on the back. Got several YFT to 20kg and an average Spaniard on this particular lure at Jurien.

You'd need to paint a 49 on them then.

Silver
Yep, majority silver mackerel, a few orange/gold, a couple of red/white, then maybe a couple of randoms. I'm assuming you'll be mainly trolling for macks so the silver mackerel is a good colour. Trevally will eat anything. :)

Top lure, what's your intended target fish
My favourite is the blue mackerel, old school lure but those flashing silver bibs always gain attention.
