Hey Everyone,
Just have a question about the weather there at this time of year. Will be there in a couple weeks and have heard its pretty exsposed to easterlies that come through this time of year. If this is the case, what are the options as to avoiding the east winds and how far away are different boat ramps etc... to launch at, We have endured a fair bit of weather in Exmouth atm and really dont want to cop it at Pt Samson again,
any info much appreciated,

Yeah pick your launch point to suit.
I live in Wickham cossack is a good launch spot depending on what you want to do You also have the boat beach near the yatch club depending on the tide.

Just heard from a mate up there, bagged out reds n trout no probs.
another mate landed 16 juvi reds in shallow water, and a cuple nice keepers, good signs.
Apparently the squid are on the chew too :)

squid are definantly on the
squid are definantly on the chew, bagged out twice in the last two weeks. Fishing was very quiet on friday but there was good weather to be had so i was making the most of it.
