Leader prawn - twice the length of an iphone
Best season I've seen in some time.
Best prawning has been the nights no one else has been out!

Nice
Nice size ones amongst them too.
When freezing them I've found that if you pack the bag/ container with prawns then fill it with salty water to fill the gaps up you don't end up with any getting freezer burnt and they come out as good as when you froze them.

Vacuum sealing works for me.
Vacuum sealing works for me. I have some small lunch box with tiny holes on the lids (kids old lunch boxes), place prawns in them, then place lunch box in a bag, then vacuum seal.
No burn either and fresh. The lunch box keeps its shape and the spikes don't go through the plastic.
