Christmas is the ideal time to chase big mulloway at Yalata - Australias best mulloway spot.  Do you have 4wd

Try Sleaford Bay for salmon

Try Sleaford Bay for salmon off the beach south of Lincoln.  If you go through the Coffin Bay National Park you can also get to some beach areas with only a short walk from the car (2wd access - just go slow and watch out for skippy).  Try the wharfs off both jetties in Lincoln for samller salmon and squid aprticularly if a pilchard boat is unloading.  Flathead are viable of the shallower beaches north of Lincoln try the sandy areas near shallow reefs.  There is also a river north of Lincoln you can drive right up to the mouth.  - mouth is shallow with some slightly deeper sections in the river itself worth trying for bream.  A few other rivers in the area also hold large bream at times.

If you go to Coffin bay try an area on the north side of the bay known as the ledge or seal corner (KG whiting, salmon trout, snapper and even kingfish) available around chrissy.  I suggest you go to the tackle store on the foreshore in Lincoln they will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Hope that helps

Paul

if you have a 4wd you can't beat the coffin bay national park, often get king george off 7 mile beach or keep going further through the park you can't go too far wrong. Also if 2wd coffin bay national park offers options like golden island or if you turn right at the main T junction but before the first sand crossing it can be good in around there for whiting.

Lincoln try sleaford or another option is up the coast anywhere up to Louth bay. Plenty of squid around jetties at night. Worth throwing a ganged pilchard of the wharf if your squidding as plenty of tuna have been caught there over the years.

Coffin bay opposite side of the channel from the boat ramp occasionally provides snapper or bite the bullet and head to whyalla and do a charter for good snapper.

Fresh bait helps, plenty of cockles off long beach easily found.

Alot of snook in the weed beds as you head between coffins channel up toward farm beach..

That's enough secrets for now haha
