Last time I was there it was still shut due to construction
Without wanting to get in trouble, you can still get out there by taking a path against the rockwall.
Port guy I spoke to said he didn't care, but that's more than likely just his take and not the corporation himself
Due to regular people going there still even fisheries have been going out there checking, so that says something
Shame Rous Head is pretty dismal
