North Bank 750HT
Submitted by Stewk on Sun, 2015-03-22 13:54
Hi Guys,
Not normally much of a poster, but thought I would put up some pics of the new tub.
Had a Goldstar 5.8m for the past 3 years and finally decided it was time to upgrade. Spent a lot of time going through many brands and designs. Probably spent too much time on it because I started to go around in circles.
Decided on the Northbank 750HT and all I can say is what a great ride, should have gone fibreglass long ago.

Thanks guys. It does go
Thanks guys.
It does go pretty quick if you sink the boot in, but pretty rare that you would be able to I would think. Cruises really nice at about 25 - 30 knots and the fuel bill is still okay at that speed. Around the 50 to 60 ltr per hour.
One thing I can't get over is how quiet it is. You can hold a conversation quite easily without even yelling at 25 knots.
Gonad Man - Paid in Aussie Dosh lol... Let's just say it was not cheap, but maybe not as much as you would think...

Thanks again gents for the comments.
I was wondering when the Verado comments would come - LOL.
Midway Marine have always been great to deal with and in particular Warwick has always bent over backwards to help me.
Just need to fit the out riggers and will be heading to Exmouth for Gamex next year....cyclones allowing.

Hey JohnF - Yeah I have a few mates and a couple of pro's I know who run them and swear by them. Had Marine and Harbours alongside last week also with a pair of 250's on the back. They also reckon they were awesome.
Mine are the L6 200 - 6 cylinder versions.
Ive had a Suzuki and the Honda's all been good.
So far I really like the Verado's......

Very nice
I'd rate the Northbank's up there as one of the best FG boats on the Aust market as far a build quality and layout goes (Theodore's very good too).
one lotto win and I'd definitely be getting one of those.

dont have to actually fish
You don't have to throw a line in on that rig. It's so bloody awesum the fish jump in when it goes past.
