hi guys just a quick one, i have just got back from Dunsborough and after 9 days i have not seen one salmon, we tried every location we know in the area and did not even hear of one!!!! a good time was still had by my family and the kids caught plenty of whiting,herring etc but very dissapointing on the salmon!! cheers

Ryan there is plenty along the south-coast. Went to Bremer Bay and caught heaps. A mate went to boat harbour near Denmark and they were catching them whilst bottom fishing in 30m. Maybe they are out deep off the west-coast

Walpole
Plenty around Walpole, however they were out deep. got some while trying trowling for tuna over easter. they were very plump going 7-8kg. Could have got heaps but gave up after about 5 as only had heavy gear and it wasnt that much fun. Didnt hear of much caught off the beach down that way though.
Also caught some while bottom bashing in 40m.
