Hi Ragbag. Look up Mark Richter of Richter Lures. He is ex KWT and Knysna and has been in Perth for 10 years.(0893646938) Also see Mick Grasso at Bluewater Tackle and Ryan Thipthorp of Oceanside Tackle and Marine who is a mine of information too. I have been to Oz 9 times from SA and am still in Knysna. I am still agonising over a more permanant move. What line are you in? Law? The Aussie fishos are top class guys. You will certainly find some fishing buddies soon.

thanks mate i will look them
thanks mate i will look them up....Knysna is really a stunning part of the world my folks bought at goose valley about 15yrs ago so spent alot of time up and down that coastline. I wish i did Law i was to much of a naughty s##t to listen to well at school ... lol. Im a electrical and A/c contractor, got in on a skilled visa, but was only told about this conversion test when i got here - dig up paper work from 3yrs ago and start the process again was not a happy camper, but getting there should all be done by the end of August... (my immi agent sucked the bucks, but couldnt do his job,if u planning on coming over by using a agent,pm me and i can tell u who not to use.....lol) So in the mean time i get to do alot of fishing and explore this stunning coast line, keep finding these secret spots that not even the fish know about tho....lol

You should clean up as an electrical and aircon contractor
Ragbag. There is plenty of work on at the moment in those areas.
