Mulloway to be restocked

Saw a newspaper article relating to restocking the swans supply of mulloway. It's a $280,000 project, mainly started due to a decline in recreational catches. It says they will breed 30,000 of them in Fremantle, then release into the waterways. Announced by fisheries Minister Norman Moore.
Great news for rec anglers. So prawns, mullas, what next? Giant herring programme?

Think back to when you last caught a Mulla, or Dhuie, or Dollie etc. How happy we're you putting fingers in their gill plates? Mild panic comes to mind for me, the gills have big non return barbs on them. Putting your arm in like the vid would be a very serious issue indeed..
